IFF Kitchen needed a new, high-quality, responsive website to complement their brand and increase the sales through the website by smoothening the ordering process. After exploring a couple different design ideas, we agreed on a cleaner, modern look, very much focused on images. Using WooCommerce advanced plugins, the ordering process was transformed into a simple, straight-forward one. I also API integrated the site with different systems that simplified the team’s work.Â

As a result of the simplified user journey, the users need no guidance through the ordering process, which led to an increase in sales and first time subscribers. If they do need any help, there is a chat box always connected to a member of the team, ready to answer any questions.
