With a basic Wix website, Monsta giveaways were limited to the kind of interaction they wanted to offer their customers. Being a skill-based competition website, it needed to inspire trust and be completely secure and reliable, as well as mobile-friendly.
Outgrowing the start-up status of their business, MonstaGiveaways wanted to move away from Wix and develop a new, secure and reliable, website. By implementing mini interactions, better visuals and automating the ticket selection process, the look and feel of the website had completely changed, while also improving the user experience. As CMS, WordPress was obvious! The platform gave me access to advanced plugins used to implement the functionalities they needed, while also making it easy for them to manage products and content.
Shortly after the launch, the website visits have sky rocketed, increasing by 2,500%! This had a significant effect on sales, which increased by 700% in the first quarter. The customers now have the option to Lucky Dip or select their own lucky numbers, refer friends and gain reward points used to buy more tickets. This has significantly increased the trust in the brand and their positive reviews can vouch for that!
